When it comes to writing and specifically content or copywriting many people are crazed about a six-figure income idea. And most of them dig deep into these fields so that they can take home a bag full of money. But it’s the most ridiculous way to start a writing career. And if you have such a mindset, I warn you you’ll hit rock bottom in your writing career. And soon will burn out all your energy at the beginning of the career.

Writing is a slow process.

Sure, you’ll have opportunities where you’ll be writing for a few bucks and will dream to make a good lifestyle out of writing. But if you run for pennies, that dream is going to get far far away.

A career in writing should be a passion not a burden to earn money. Money in such a career is the secondary process. People only pay and like to work with writers who have great wisdom in their work, and who are crazy about what they do.

Now what should you do if you really want to make writing a career?

Simple, fall in love with writing.

Each day you write an article, post or a simple copy, you get a step closer to the booming career. Magic doesn’t happen through wands in this career, it happens through the marathon your pen runs on that paper.

So, to have a blasting career that showers money, you don’t have to focus on money. That’s the worst direction to look at. You just need to write, and write, and write until people start to notice you.

And of course, don’t forget to brag about your writing. Let people know what you do, connect with them. You’ll always become what you surround yourself with. So why not surround yourself with creative people, writers and people who have their struggle stories to share.

Make every word count. Make it as valuable as a diamond and then, you’ll see how things start to work for you automatically.

All you need to do is write with a heart and improve quality so that people know the worth of your skill and how it would do wonders to their brand.

For me writing is more of a therapy and that’s what motivates me to write irrespective of the income it gives me or not.
